Cabernet Sauvignon & Rubin "Sovata" 2006

This beautiful and rich wine carries the best characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon and Ruby. The color is dark red with delicate violet hue. The aroma is complex with accents of berries - cassis and ripe blackberry, spice, smoke and chocolate. The taste is powerful and dense. Well ripened fruit maturation and skillful in Bulgarian and American barrels give the wine a rich palette of sensations with spicy accents, vanilla and sweet spices.

Pinot Noir Sovata 2006 Single vineyard

Danube plain Regional wine Terroir wine from small vineyard located on a south slope at the most south bend of the whole length of Danube river. Light and fruity,with delicate cherry color, this wine is one of the attractive wines from Sovata line, bearing the name of Sovata site. The nose is complex, with nuances of red and black forest fruits, smoke and delicate flowerish accents. Well balanced, with a pleasant freshness, in mouth is light, smooth, with a long effect, dominated by smoke and cranberry.

Chardonnay "Sovata" 2008 Barrel Fermented

This wine is obtained by conducting the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in small oak barrels, which is then aged 6 months. It has an intense golden color and rich, attractive scent with accents of smoke, caramel and dried fruits. The taste is full-bodied, well balanced with a warm aftertaste.

Special Reserve Anniversary wine AOC –Svishtov region Produced from hand-picked and well ripen grape, carefully selected from WINERY SVISHTOV’s own vineyard located at the southest bend of Danube river in Gorchivka site. Matured in French and American oak barriques, the wine is distinguished by its deep saturated color, intense fragrance of ripe black fruits, chocolate and vanilla, molten tannins and velvet spicy taste. The regional and variety character match in the wine so it has a pronounced individuality and potential that will develop in the next two years.

Cabernet Sauvignon Gorchivka 2007 Special reserve

The vineyard established some 25 years ago is 12 km out of Svishtov in Gorchivka site. The grape vinification is implemented by means of classic technology for qualitative red wines. Matured for at least 12 months in barriques produced from French and American oak and as a result the wine has an exceptional balance and harmony between fruit and oak with a potential for subsequent development in bottle. This is a classical red wine with impressive fragrance of ripe black fruits, chocolate and vanilla, soft tannins and spicy taste.

MERLOT GORCHIVKA 2007

First selection Merlot from Gorchivka site. Fascinating wine distinguished by its deepness and elegancy. Made from hand picked and well ripened grape carefully selected from the vineyard in GORCHIVKA site. The wine has a deep saturated color, attractive aroma with dominating nuances of black forest fruits, spices and smoked meat tones. The taste is intense, juicy, with pleasant freshness and long velvet finish. Well ripened fruit and sophisticated maturation in new Bulgarian oak barrels add to the wine a rich palette of sensations with spicy accents, smoke and sweet seasonings.

Fascinating wine distinguished by its deepness and elegancy. Made from well ripened and selected grape of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. The wine has saturated raspberry color, fine and deep fruit aroma with cranberry and black currant accents. The taste is ethereal, with round structure and appetizing notes of blackberry and ripe cherry.
